Must be a minimum of 18 years old. Effective communication and customer service skills. Proficient computer skills. Basic knowledge of the game of golf and its rules and regulations. Customer service and point of sale experience preferred. Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the facility, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Be prepared for inclement weather. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements & Scheduling
Physically active position requiring long periods of standing and sitting, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling, and pushing. Requires operation of computer, golf carts, and warming and heating equipment.
Cascades Golf Course is open from dawn until dusk daily. A variety of shifts are available, and a typical work week could range from 15-40 hours.

- Answer all incoming calls and book tee times.
- Greet all customers, collect green fees, and sell merchandise using computerized POS.
- Maintain a constant presence in the Golf Shop.
- Washes and readies golf carts for rental to customers.
- Cleans all aspects of the Golf Shop, including kitchen area, bathrooms, and trash disposal.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage.
- Restock all food, beverage and merchandise and ensure all surfaces and displays are clean and attractive.
- Perform all opening and closing procedures, including preparing daily revenue and deposit forms and securing Golf Shop.
- Liaison between customers, beverage cart attendants, rangers, and the Golf Manager. Will prepare incident/accident reports and effectively communicate information between all areas of the golf operation.
