- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics.
- Provide training and education programs on ethics and lobbying.
- Register and oversee lobbyists and organizations.
- Develop and maintain the BOE's website and social media presence.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to promote ethics and transparency in government.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
- Experience in administrative law and procedure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
