Manage/implement and compile accurate and timely collection, analysis and reporting of environmental data for all relevant properties in Resource Advisor to ensure alignment with industry standards and OUTRIGGER’s global goals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainability projects and initiatives. Prepare materials and lead discussions at regular ESG team meetings to align teams on goals and progress. Lead the development and publication of a corporate environmental responsibility report, showcasing accomplishments and outlining future objectives. Plus, provide additional support and services for "S" and "G" initiatives through collaboration with cross-departmental initiatives for guests and hosts that enhance OUTRIGGER’s ESG impact.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles, preferably within Hospitality or Tourism. Strong understanding of environmental metrics, emissions tracking and sustainability reporting standards. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

$99,000-$108,900, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
