- Coordinate monthly board meetings and prepare written materials and minutes.
- Oversee the registration and reporting requirements for lobbyists and organizations.
- Develop and implement education programs on ethics and lobbying.
- Represent the BOE in legal proceedings and provide legal advice to the board.
