Job Summary
Deputy Clerk Cashiers are responsible for the collection of costs, fines and restitution and providing customer service for the public, other county offices, attorneys and courts in an efficient and responsible manner. Applicants should possess cashiering experience, have general office skills, math skills and computer skills. Applicants should be team players with the ability to work under pressure, pay close attention to detail and have the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing payments by cash, check, money order, credit card or ACH
- Assessing of sentenced cases/ Assessing bills received from various other offices
- Answering phones
- Resolve issues and answer questions at the front counter
- Balance cashier drawer at the end of each day
- Process wage attachments and paid in full letters
- Process daily deposit
- Daily paperwork received from Adult Probation – Payment plans, supervised bail, and Community Service
- Use Microsoft Teams to communicate with co-workers
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisor.
