As a Deputy Clerk 2/New Case Clerk at the Adams County Courthouse, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the efficient operation of the Clerk of Courts office. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a legal or court environment.
- Knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology.
- Familiarity with electronic case management systems.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
