As a Staffing Coordinator at Courageous Home Care, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment and staffing processes. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of care and ensuring that we have the right personnel in place to meet our member' needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Play a key role in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
- Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and develop strategies.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a good fit for our organization.
- Assist in developing employee retention strategies to maintain a stable workforce.
Requirements
- Must speak Vietnamese fluently.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or staffing coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
- Familiarity with Wellsky or similar scheduling software is a plus.
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
