The Marketing Specialist at Courier Network is responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing activities, continual review of current marketing tactics, and identifying potential opportunities. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with varied departments to execute new and existing marketing plans focused on strengthening the brand, driving engagement and increasing company awareness. The role requires a creative thinker who can translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will ensure consistent messaging, impactful promotions and successful communication campaigns while building sustainable relationships and partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy :
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, and senior leadership to create short- and long-term marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience and reflects the company’s values and mission accurately.
Plan, execute, and oversee promotional campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition and retention.
Develop clear and concise communication plans for both internal and external audiences.
