Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock management, and supporting our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with inventory management systems, particularly Numina & Oracle, to effectively manage our inventory processes.
Duties
- Lead the Inventory Control team in all inventory functions.
- Execute daily cycle counts and research.
- Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tasks and reports are kept up to date and accurate.
- Maintain good working knowledge of Numina and Oracle shipping, receiving and inventory control software.
- Ability to recognize and adjust to changing demands.
- Ability to maximize resources based on daily requirements.
- Support DC cross training initiatives and 5 S continuous improvement methodology.
- Support the DC Office clerk as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform all other duties as required.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in warehouse/distribution setting with 3 in inventory control.
- High School or GED diploma required.
- RF Experience
- Inventory control experience w/cycle counting, discrepancy resolutions and overall inventory practices.
- Strong Microsoft Excel & Word experience a must.
- Familiarity with category management principles is preferred.
- Previous forklift experience strongly preferred.
- Standing, bending & lifting. Lifting requirement up to 50 lbs.
- Math skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Hardworking, action-oriented, and results driven.
- Willingness to cooperate and accept added responsibilities.
- Ability to work well with all co-workers and management.
- Bilingual a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
