Job Overview

The HR Manager will lead and direct the HR department's operations, aligning human resource initiatives with organizational goals. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development to cultivate a productive and inclusive workplace. The HR Manager ensures that HR practices enhance employee engagement, support company objectives, and maintain compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities


2. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
  • Promote open communication and collaboration across teams.

3. Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.

4. Performance Management

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and reviews.
  • Coach managers and employees on performance expectations and improvement plans.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training and development programs.

5. Compensation and Benefits

  • Manage payroll, benefits, and reward programs.
  • Benchmark compensation structures to ensure competitiveness in the industry.
  • Address employee queries regarding benefits and ensure timely resolutions.

6. Organizational Development

  • Lead initiatives for employee training, career development, and succession planning.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Drive change management strategies during organizational transitions.

7. HR Strategy and Analytics

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve processes.
  • Monitor trends in employment practices to recommend innovative solutions.
