Salary : $65,000 - $68,000 (based on experience) Benefits

Travel : Yes (customer sites, trade shows, training events)
Schedule : Structured (start time options : 7 : 00 AM, 7 : 30 AM, 8 : 00 AM, or 8 : 30 AM; fixed schedule once set)

About the Role
The Technical Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in assisting customers with product selection, installation, calibration, and troubleshooting. This role provides technical expertise to support sales teams, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the selection, installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of products.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Travel to customer sites and trade shows to support sales teams and promote products.
- Conduct technical training and product presentations to customers and internal teams.
- Review technical documentation; read blueprints.
