KEY FUNCTIONS :
This position requires the employee to be well versed in multiple areas of the company. Your daily responsibilities may change, depending on the need. You will receive all necessary training to excel in this position. Some of the key functions of this position are :
- Greet visitors as they enter the office.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages, and transferring calls to the proper person.
- Perform drug screenings as required.
- Data entry of clients into the appropriate software.
- Attend court proceedings as a liaison for the company and complete necessary paperwork.
- Install, remove, and maintain electronic monitoring devices.
- Collect payment from clients. Balance and make deposits for payments received.
- Responsible for the general cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Various administrative duties such as handling mail and sorting and filing documents.
- Assist with the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Answer general inquiries from visitors and clients.
