Our UI Designers are highly strategic, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled, bringing a deep understanding across visual design, user experience, user interface design, branding and even coding. We believe in prototyping early and often. Our focus is on the end-user, conducting multiple rounds of testing to validate our concepts.
ResponsibilitiesStay 100% focused on making great digital products that connect our client's core consumersStay up to date on industry and platform trendsPartner with copywriter to create compelling ads that tell a storyLive and breathe client brand guidelinesManage multiple design products at a time, prioritizing and project managing your own workloadWork iteratively and collaborate with the team on initial concepts, user flows, visual design, and prototypesBuild great relationships with all disciplines and teams throughout Court Avenue, collaborating effectively, and enabling others to complete project goalsShare knowledge with the broader team, and actively contribute to the collective growth of the creative teamAttention to detail and care for design execution, from concept through deliveryParticipate in all project phases, from strategy to launch to optimizationBe confident and action oriented enough to drive your own work, while also helping direct other visual designers when appropriateRequirements
