Our UI Designers are highly strategic, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled, bringing a deep understanding across visual design, user experience, user interface design, branding and even coding. We believe in prototyping early and often. Our focus is on the end-user, conducting multiple rounds of testing to validate our concepts.
Responsibilities
- Stay 100% focused on making great digital products that connect our client's core consumers
- Stay up to date on industry and platform trends
- Partner with copywriter to create compelling ads that tell a storyLive and breathe client brand guidelines
- Manage multiple design products at a time, prioritizing and project managing your own workload
- Work iteratively and collaborate with the team on initial concepts, user flows, visual design, and prototypes
- Build great relationships with all disciplines and teams throughout Court Avenue, collaborating effectively, and enabling others to complete project goals
- Share knowledge with the broader team, and actively contribute to the collective growth of the creative team
- Attention to detail and care for design execution, from concept through delivery
- Participate in all project phases, from strategy to launch to optimization
- Be confident and action oriented enough to drive your own work, while also helping direct other visual designers when appropriate
