Your Role as a Dealership Controller
In this critical leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of dealership accounting and financial operations. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while contributing to a workplace culture that’s dynamic and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with a focus on actionable insights.
- Accounting Excellence: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and inventory management with precision.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle cash management, budgeting, and maintaining organized records to ensure smooth operations.
- HR Support: Facilitate onboarding, manage employee benefits (including our 401(k) plan), and uphold company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Train and guide accounting staff while fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced professional who thrives on problem-solving and teamwork.
- Experience: At least 10 years in dealership finance or accounting with Ford experience.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in dealership accounting software (Autosoft DMS preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership: Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff while maintaining operational excellence.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and a commitment to accuracy.
