Salary: $69,850.37 - $125,000.00 per year!

We are looking for high energy and motivated sales individuals to join our team.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Email or Text
- Check email frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately
- Learn and follow the scripting required by our process
- Set appointments for our customers to meet our employees and test drive vehicles
- Study, learn and maintain knowledge of the vehicles we sell
- Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures
- Learn and constantly understand manufacturer incentives and programs
- Test Drive vehicles in our inventory with our customers
- Work with Sales Managers and Customers throughout the car buying and negotiation process
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership
- Maintain a professional appearance.
