Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, in-person meetings, and networking to generate new business.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through provided leads, referrals, and your network.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various insurance products (auto, home, life, business).
- Assess client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Personal Attributes
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Licensing
- Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe). We will cover all licensing costs.
