Hotel Room Inspector

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining exceptional quality in all aspects of housekeeping and custodial services. The Inspector will be responsible for evaluating cleaning processes, conducting inspections, and providing feedback to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to assess cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of industrial cleaning and housekeeping management practices.
• Monitor floor care procedures to ensure surfaces are maintained properly.
• Collaborate with hospitality staff to uphold high cleanliness standards in hotel environments.
• Provide training and guidance to custodial staff on best practices for maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Document inspection findings and prepare reports detailing areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inspection results and necessary actions.

Experience

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning, housekeeping management, or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify cleanliness issues promptly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey inspection findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
