Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- prepare and serve all dinner items in our bistro kitchen, a menu of 15 items including fried foods, baked goods and cold salads.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow ABC Laws and complete Alcohol Awareness Training
- Adhere to PCI Compliance for secure payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor and control inventory levels
Requirements:
- Previous bar tending experience preferred
- Must be 21
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Mixology, POS systems, food preparation and inventory management
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must acquire our local RAMP alcohol training and the National ServSafe Food Handlers certificate
