Position Overview:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area to ensure a positive guest experience. This role requires attention to detail, a warm and friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy early shifts and creating a great start to someone’s day, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up breakfast area according to brand standards and food safety guidelines
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items such as hot foods, pastries, cereals, beverages, and condiments
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they have everything they need
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, dining tables, counters, and food service stations
- Monitor food levels and restock as needed throughout breakfast service
- Assist with kitchen cleanup and breakdown at the end of the shift
- Report inventory needs, equipment issues, or guest feedback to management
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Uphold JSK Hospitality’s commitment to service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or customer service experience a plus
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
- Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
