Position: PM Bistro Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated PM Bistro Supervisor to lead our evening operations, ensuring excellence in service, adherence to Marriott Brand Standards, and a commitment to food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Coaching: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Bistro Attendants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Marriott Brand Standards: Uphold and enforce Marriott's Brand Standards in all aspects of Bistro operations, ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Food Safety Compliance: Oversee food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain the highest levels of food safety. Conduct regular inspections and staff training to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Leadership and Support: Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the evening team. Assist Bistro Attendants during peak hours, ensuring efficient operations and prompt service.
- Operational Management: Manage evening shifts, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage/bartending setting, preferably within a hotel environment.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with Marriott Brand Standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to train and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
