Duties and responsibilities as a Bartender for requests by servers of a non-public bar.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to guests.
Qualifications:
Knowledge/Education/Experience:
Must meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages. Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience in banquets, events, and/or Hotel F&B outlet required. High school or equivalent education. Ability to operate a computerized point of sale system. TB clearance card required.
Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:
English speaking or bilingual. Operate cash register. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Dependable.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
- Sets up bar for proper service.
- Responsible for adhering to applicable liquor laws.
- Ensures that the bar area is in a clean, orderly condition.
- May slice, pit and prepare items for garnishing drinks.
- Properly store all product.
- Keeps supplies and equipment ready.
- Report any missing/found articles or equipment/property damage to management.
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department, restaurant and hotel.
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
