Description:

- Monitoring and charting patient interactions including interactions with patients and their children, their families, and members of the community.
- Assisting with recreational, daily living activities, and child care activities.
- Monitoring, observation and documentation of medication.
- Transporting patients and program participants as needed.
- Submit incident reports as needed.
- Ensure the living environment is safe and clean by promoting patient daily chores.
- Enforce Program rules and infant/child/toddler safety rules.
- Conduct safety checks of patients and their infants regularly throughout shift.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Provide support, encouragement and guidance as needed for new moms.
Education and Experience:
- High School completed with minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (required).
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen prior to start date.
Job Type: Non-Exempt.
Schedule: As needed basis
