What are the responsibilities and job description for the SENIOR ADMIN ASSISTANT position at Cove Communities?
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand and apply your skills in Microsoft Office applications, and other web-based applications including email, financial systems, and Manage America property management system
- Understanding and assistance with the laws governing Residential Tenancies appropriate to the community or resort
- Act as the first point of contact for guest issues, concerns and complaints.
- Monitor guest accounts and follow collection procedures including eviction paperwork.
- Assist Community Manager by providing general support to other team members and departments.
- Perform regular property and home site inspections
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Delivering of notice to tenants
- Filling, answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Use resident relation and communication skills in keeping with the culture and values of Cove Communities
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Detail oriented with strong customer service, administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other web-based applications.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask the needs of Management and guests.
- Ability to evaluate a situation, determine resources available and formulate a solution.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize with effective time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptable and resourceful self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Property Management office preferred.
