About the Role: Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provided Supported Employment, Community Networking, and Day Support care for an individual with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home, at the day program when applicable, and in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home, day program, and community.
- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Follow agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
