Full-Time & Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)

About the Role:Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide respite care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Atkinson area.You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support,assistance,and companionship
• Assist with daily living activities,including personal care,meal preparation,and medication administration
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere
• Follow agency policies and procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
