- Provide support with daily living activities
- Assist clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals
- Facilitate community engagement and social interactions
- Ensure a safe and supportive home environment
- Collaborate with families and professionals to coordinate care
- Document client progress and report incidents as needed
- Advocate for client needs and maintain a respectful atmosphere
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
