- Experience in landscaping and general lawn maintenance
- Knowledge of equipment operation, including mowers, weed eaters, rakes, shovels, etc.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team
