Job Title: Concrete Foreman – Experienced Crew Leader

Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour based on experience

We're looking for a dependable, experienced Concrete Foreman to manage and lead a crew on a variety of government, commercial, and residential projects. What You'll Do:

• Supervise and manage daily activities of the concrete crew
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce job site protocols
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Oversee placement, finishing, curing, and protection of concrete
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction
• 2 years in a foreman or crew lead role preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials related to concrete work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification is a plus
• Knowledge of HCSS is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
