Job Summary:

Responsible for activities associated with administrative practice operations, including customer service, billing functions, and data entry.

Works as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and providers to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and family members both in person and over the telephone.
  • Perform billing functions related to daily office payments and charges.
  • Work as a team member to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with medical staff and providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including patient information and billing documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Previous experience in a medical career field with knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Windows and Office.
