Position Summary:
Responsible for teaching and coaching swimmers on the Storm Swim Team and competitive swim classes. Interacts with and monitors the safety of all members in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities
- Coaches and teaches swimmers on the Storm Swim Team and/or competitive swim classes under the direction of the Head Coach.
- Attends and coaches Storm Swim Team dual and championship swim meets; helps with set up and clean up at meets.
- Attends and participates in all events during the Storm Team Season.
- Reports to Head Coach weekly, concerning responsibilities that have been met and tasks for the following week.
- Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Completes required education assignments annually. Works toward achieving goals and objectives, and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
