Summary
To provide clerical and administrative support to the Facilities Management and Support Services function. Receives instructions from all Supervisors and Managers from within the division.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, associate degree preferred.
- Maine Driver's License
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a secretarial position preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Handles multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
- Ability to make decisions using independent discretion.
- Computer skills proficiency in Microsoft office products.
- Typing 45 wpm
- Strong verbal and written skills in the English language.
- Must read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
- Work alone or with a team and in crowded/confined spaces.
- Mathematical skills.
- Knowledge of proper business procedures including filing systems and basic accounting.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
- Responsible, supportive team player and have interpersonal skills with team members, staff or vendors.
- The ability to manage anger, fear, hostility, violence, stress appropriately.
- Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions.
