The starting rate for this position is: $19.55 an hour.

Summary
Plays a key role in repairing and maintaining all machinery, mechanical equipment, and utility
systems, facilities wide, in a safe and efficient manner.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maine Driver's License
- 1-3 years of related of maintenance experience preferred
- Handles multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
- Ability to make decisions using independent discretion.
- Computer skills.
- Must read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
- Work alone or with a team and in crowded/confined spaces.
- Mathematical skills.
- Responsible, supportive team player and have interpersonal skills with team members,
- staff, or vendors.
- The ability to manage anger, fear, hostility, violence, stress appropriately.
- Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions.
