The Orientation Dorm Supervisor oversees overall dorm experience by supervising the dorm staff while ensuring our professional drivers have a positive first experience with Covenant. This position will be accountable for a high level of administrative work in addition to reporting and coordinating with contractors / vendors. The Dorm Supervisor will assist drivers after they are hired with next steps and throughout the orientation process working in the Orientation Facility and Dorm as needed
Responsibilities :
- Supervise the Dorm Staff, organizing and monitoring work processes, ensuring that the dorm meets Covenant standards at all times.
- Train and onboard all dorm coordinators and contractors to ensure a high level of customer service is Maintained.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures.
- Ensure that Dorm Satisfaction Standards are met by developing and maintaining a measurement tool to analyze dorm Satisfaction.
- Accountable for dorm reports.
- Assist drivers throughout the training process and while staying at the dorm as needed.
- Work with dorm contractors and other employees to ensure driver accommodations are adequate.
- Independently manage time and resources to meet specified performance standards.
- Complete required daily, weekly, monthly reports as required.
- Assists with setting up company travel for candidates coming into and out of orientation.
- Lead driver check-in process for orientation, ensuring information entered is accurate.
- Ensure facilities are clean and are in a presentable manner.
- Fill in for the Orientation Coordinator & dorm front desk as needed.
- Assist Orientation with Admin tasks as needed.
- Follow all department SOP’s.
- Responsible for reporting any repairs / issues within the dorm.
- Work with Operations, orientation, and other departments as needed.

The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.
Pay Range : $49,649.60-$82,025.04
Pay Grade : 8
