Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Claims Professional to join our team at Coventry WCS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Role
- Deliver specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor
- Receive requests via email, telephone, or CRM
- Document issues within the CRM using specific guidelines
- Analyze reports to ensure issues are prioritized and resolved based on service level agreements
- Research multiple system applications to identify root cause of issue
- Work to resolve issue within own unit or outside unit
- May require outreach to other internal resources or external resources
- Respond to inquiries from clients, providers, and/or other internal or external partners
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced, production environment
- Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment preferred
- Able to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently
