Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in technology or related major required.
- iOS and Android experience required
- Microsoft 365 administration preferred.
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Providing support for hardware, software, user accounts and wireless networks
- Building and managing computers and peripheral equipment
- Providing permission to resources, accounts and security groups under Active Directory.
- Providing phone support including maintenance of extensions, voice mails and user accounts
