Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper, located in Orlando, FL, with some work from home acceptable. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks, and using accounting software. Day-to-day tasks include creating financial statements, recording journal entries, and supporting the finance functions of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience with Financial Statements and Invoicing
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and using Accounting Software Quickbooks
- Understanding of finance principles and practices
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the construction field is helpful
