Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational department with account management, ongoing communication to our existing customers and franchisees, and documentation of communication, meetings, etc.
- Oversee the sales team with outbound cold calls and setting/running appointments
- Daily meetings with team members to review tickets, bids and plan for the day
- Auditing paperwork
- Field and classroom training to our new employees in the operational and sales departments, along with new and existing franchisees
- Providing assistance to team members with escalations or bidding questions
- Periodically loading equipment onto trucks
Qualifications:
- Account management experience
- Sales management experience
- Customer service experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong training skills
- Exceptional problem solving and time management abilities
- Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office Suite and internet
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
