Job Description:
As a Cutting Screen Printer on our second shift, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used for digital printing, sheeting, and silk screening processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production.
Essential Functions:
- Receive daily work order assignments from the Supervisor.
- Setup, operate, and unload equipment as per work orders and instructions.
- Maintain quality assurance standards and ensure high production efficiency.
- Practice energy conservation and maintain good housekeeping of work areas and equipment.
- Achieve quality levels of 97% and production efficiency of 80% within 90 days.
Skills Required:
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Computer literacy and basic math skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Capable of utilizing data collection systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to distinguish colors and shades.
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 60 pounds (up to 75 pounds with assistance).
- Must be able to stoop, squat, bend, stretch, and twist.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.

This position is for our 2nd shift, scheduled Monday through Thursday: 4:05 PM - 1:35 AM, Friday: 9:35 AM - 1:35 PM. Must be available to work overtime as needed.
