Our Resource Planning & Management (RPM) Branch is actively seeking a dedicated Training Liaison to join our team at Covered California’s Service Center. In this vital role, you’ll serve as the bridge between our Service Center and Covered California University (CCU), ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and evaluation of all training activities. You'll work with a variety of teams, from Human Resources to Information Technology, to ensure every new employee is set up for success and that ongoing training meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with CCU and internal departments to plan and implement new hire onboarding and ongoing staff training.
- Monitor training schedules, track course registrations, and provide regular updates to Service Center Leadership.
- Analyze training data and develop performance and budget reports using tools like spreadsheets and data visualization platforms.
- Provide support and guidance to staff on training compliance, processes, and best practices.
- Represent the Service Center Division in cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives.

Desirable Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing analytical support to programs, including analyzing program data to generate reports and track key metrics.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
- Minimum of 3 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas, data manipulation (e.g., using Excel for cleaning and preparing data for Power BI), pivot tables, and charting for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and varied workload and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to formulate recommendations and decisions informed by data and metrics, with experience presenting these findings to program stakeholders and management.
