Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Director of Access Plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate systems (Sales Force, NetWeb and Outlook) with the most up-to-date, necessary documentation to support correspondence with account managers and agents.
- Serve as systems administrator for ongoing EZLynx User Maintenance.
- Proactively retrieve policies from contracted insurance carrier sites on a scheduled basis and provide to the appropriate member agent.
- Process cancellations and reinstatement requests daily.
- Effectively work with accounting team regarding ISM member needs.
- Track new quotes and bound business as received using the EZLynx and Sales Force systems.
- Work with member agencies to secure additional information on new business quotes to finalize applications as requested.
- Process endorsements and changes request as received.
- Manage daily policy downloads
- Train on rating Personal Lines of insurance as directed by management.
- Accurately distribute mail as needed, in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed all required time standards on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Responsible to work collaboratively with others (internally and externally) to achieve common objects, goals and results.
- Assist team as requested in the planning and orchestration of regular Alliance member meetings.
- Other duties as directed by management.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
A state Property and Casualty license, and/or 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year College or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Notes: Basic computer/email skills. Ability to multitask in fast paced environment, handling a high volume of transactions. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to individuals and small groups. Must be comfortable with extremely automated environment.
