Position Overview:
- Design and implement data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) for healthcare applications and interoperability.
- Develop and maintain FHIR-based models, integrating with FHIR servers.
- Manage analytical models for dashboards, optimizing data flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine data architecture.
- Support ETL processes and pipelines for data integration.
- Conduct data profiling and quality assessments.
- Document metadata, data lineage, and data dictionaries.
- Implement data governance for regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience (less with advanced degrees).
- 5 years in data modeling and database design, focusing on healthcare.
- Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards, and FHIR servers (Azure, Google Healthcare API, HAPI FHIR).
- 5 years in transactional data management, warehousing, ETL, and pipeline development.
- Experience in data governance, security, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based healthcare data solutions.

Requirements:
