CoverMyMeds’ Product team is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to own the delivery of a new strategic product in healthcare. Of note, our Product team is a dynamic group of professionals focused on collaboration, efficiency, and impact. Together with our various business units, the work our Product does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.
What You'll Do
As a Product Delivery Manager, your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect:
- Responsible for execution of the Product’s vision by deeply understanding the problem to be solved, providing direction, creating user stories, and defining requirements alongside of an Agile team
- Collaboration with multiple Product Managers, the business, and development teams to manage and prioritize the product backlog with various stakeholders ensuring value, quality and alignment
- Partners closely with teams to conduct standard ceremonies such as standup meetings, backlog refinement sessions, and retrospective meetings, ensuring objectives and key results are routinely being met
- Leverages expertise to influence cross- functional teams in the definition and launch of product/services functionality applying new theories and methods
- Monitors internal processes for efficiency and validity pre and post product launch/enhancements to ensure requirements are met and value is delivered
- Bachelor's degree in business or STEM field preferred, or equivalent experience and typically requires 7 years of relevant experience.
- Documentation and project management platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
- Software Development Lifecycle (e.g., Agile, waterfall, etc.)
- Project Management
- Strong Communication
- Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in running Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and retrospectives
- Planning & Execution: Proven track record for translating strategic goals into actionable, time-bound roadmaps
- Excellent data driven decision making
- Ability to rapidly identify and mitigates cross functional dependencies to avoid delays
- Adaptability to adjusts plans as needed to meet evolving business priorities and market demands
