- Automated Validation & Testing: Lead the charge in building automated validation test suites using Selenium. Your expertise will ensure software configurations meet business requirements and deliver exceptional quality in Java-based environments.
- Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation that aligns with our operational efficiency goals. Your attention to detail will ensure our processes remain compliant and efficient.
- Process Improvement & Collaboration: Be a catalyst for change! Identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
- Training & Support: Share your expertise by conducting peer reviews and participating in cross-training sessions. Your guidance will be invaluable for onboarding new team members and supporting existing ones.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience for our internal and external customers by adhering to our standard operating procedures.
What You Bring:
- 4 years of experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using IT.
- Expertise in business and data analysis, requirements definition, and deployment.
- Proficiency with tools like Selenium, JIRA/Confluence, GITHUB, Toad DataPoint, SQL querying, and experience in Java-based environments.
- Strong collaborative skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Stellar communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to all levels.
