The EPMO Co-op will provide project and administrative support to the EPMO team. Areas of exposure will include all functional areas of the company such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance and Business Development. Day-to-day activities include project management, process discussions with various teams and the creation of process maps, as well as working on bigger projects aligned with achieving our department goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in process improvement and project management
- Partner with experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Work on various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the overall experience.
- Research industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement and suggest relevant methodologies and tools.
- Learn how to turn organizational objectives into tangible reality that impact people
- Support annual department goals by participating in projects
- Support the Process Optimization Experts with documentation & scheduling.
- Assist with project management responsibilities
