Job Overview
This position supports manufacturing processes at our South Deerfield Site, implementing electrical projects for safe and efficient production of Thermoplastic Polyurethane and Polycarbonate films.
Main Responsibilities
- Incorporate site incident-free workplace culture into all activities.
- Investigate and propose solutions for complex electrical safety concerns.
- Lead Management of Change activities for complex process and project changes.
- Manage complex electrical / controls and lead significant roles in large projects.
- Provide electrical engineering support for capital and improvement projects across the site.
- Develop designs, specifications, and standards for electrical systems.
- Support production and maintenance teams in a 24/7 environment.
- Utilize root cause analysis techniques to identify equipment or reliability issues.
- Lead structured problem-solving activities to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with at least 4 years' experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional registrations and/or certifications.
- Experience with thermoplastic film extrusion and web handling.
- CAD, Project, and SAP proficiency.
