Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining a safe and injury-free workplace, high level of housekeeping standards, and data integrity.
- Lead and participate in health and safety activities at the site, providing input for PHAs/H Hazop's/etc., and other site and corporate safety teams and programs.
- Provide technology and equipment reliability to achieve the highest quality levels and highest possible effective capacity utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years minimum progressive job experience, preferably in the Plastics & Extrusion industry and a manufacturing/maintenance/engineering environment.
- Graduate degree.
- History of handling expense and capital-related projects of increasing complexity with identified savings either as a team leader or team member.
