Job Title: LPN Homecare
Job Location: Northampton, MA 01060

Shift: 8-hourDays (8AM-4:30PM). Every 4th Weekend. 40 hours.

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract, possible extension

Pay Rate: $45-47/hr. on W2 benefits

Mileage: 0.67/hr.

Job Requirements: The LPN position provides 6 patient visits per day and works within teams of RNs, PT, OTs, HHAs. Previous acute experience. This position requires home care experience. Active license for State of MA. Active BLS certification required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
