ServiceNow Tester with 3-5 Years of experience to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow applications and integrations. You will be working closely with developers, business analysts, and administrators to ensure all configurations meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform manual and automated testing of new and existing functionalities.
• Validate business processes across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, etc.
• Utilize ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) for developing automated test scripts.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Document and report test results, collaborating with the development team to resolve defects.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices for testing and platform maintenance.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow testing, with expertise in both manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF for automation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform architecture, including ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge), ITAM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Service Catalogs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for writing custom scripts and executing test scripts using various tools.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium or Postman for API testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is an added advantage.
• Experience with API testing and tools like REST/SOAP.
