Job Overview
As a Travel Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients plan and book their dream vacations. You will leverage your expertise in travel planning and customer service to provide personalized recommendations and ensure a seamless travel experience. This position requires strong collaboration skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will work closely with various vendors, including hotels and transportation services.

Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Plan and organize travel itineraries that meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with hotels and other service providers to secure bookings.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the planning process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Utilize customer feedback to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel planning or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with hotels and other partners.
• Knowledge of hospitality practices and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools is a plus.
